Projects and assessments
Collective Creation
Both of my Drama 9 and 10 classes participated in creating a original piece of theatre with their class and in small groups. They explored building these pieces through movement and building trust and relationships with one another.

Extra-Curricular Activties
I had the opportunity to Assistant Direct the Fall Production of "A Christmas Carol". Mu duties included assisting in rehearsal, set painting and assembly, props creation and organization, organizing tech jobs for students and being backstage for each production.
|
I had the opportunity of being Light Designer for both of these musical concerts. I also was in charge of finding students to run the lights, sound, and video for the concerts and taught students how to do so.
|
I had the opportunity in Assistant Choreographing in the Fall Dance Show. I also organized and handed out show clothing orders and helped backstage during the show.

Rationale:
14) The importance of contributing, independently and collegially, to the quality of your school.
12) Create and enhance relations among teachers, parents, and students.
- Each of these opportunities taught me the importance of your role as a Teacher in offering and assisting in extra curricular programs. This was a great way to build stronger relationships with students I taught and meet new students that I did not teach.

Professional Inquiry Project
For this project I had to come up with an overarching question in which over my internship I would conduct varied ways of research to come to a conclusion and answer this question.
My Question: Can tech theatre students feel like they are a significant role and feel included as part of the show's "team"?
I then recorded my findings in a paper and powerpoint that I presented at the Professional Inquiry Symposium at the University of Lethbridge.
